Abstract: This study explores novel alginate–konjac glucomannan core–shell aerogel particles for drug delivery systems fabricated via air-assisted coaxial prilling. Our summary: This study utilizes Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize the fabrication of alginate-konjac glucomannan core-shell aerogel particles for drug delivery systems. The process involves investigating six variables and using a hybrid software to achieve a 100% desirable solution. The resulting aerogels exhibit high specific surface area and are capable of releasing drugs effectively.
