Free online collaborative/shared whiteboard: you can draw either

  • on the public whiteboard, accessible to all. For curiosity only, but you may find an artist.
  • or have your own private board, accessible with unique code. A must for creative meetings where live drawing or live sketches add to the explanations.

A free pencil, some basic shapes and texts can be used with any color. Additionally, a grid can be set and the result can be saved in SVG format. Simple but very handy! 

This is the hosted version of the WBO (“Whiteboard Online“) software. If you are really concerned about privacy, you can also get the free GitHub source and install it on your server.

Privacy: we have no feedback of potential problem with this tool and author. But like many online services, you are here providing them with your own data. Depending of the criticity of your data, this is your responsibility to assess author's reputation and potential misusage, and to check and accept their terms and conditions, or not.
