Titanium thin films on insulated substrates were anodized to form TiO2 nanotube arrays using a customized tool. SEM analysis showed that optimized conditions result in uniform nanotubes for practical applications.

Our summary: This study analyzed the impact of workpiece feed rate, wire speed, and workpiece size on the surface roughness and waviness of NdFeB slices through an orthogonal experiment.
