Our summary: Fabrication of TiO2 Nanotube Arrays by Progressive Anodization of Ti Thin Film on Insulated Substrates. Titanium thin films on insulated substrates were anodized to form TiO2 nanotube arrays using a customized tool. SEM analysis showed that optimized conditions result in uniform nanotubes for practical applications.
