Your SpamAssassin score & more important, its detailed scores (ex: “From abused NTLD” or “Untrustworthy TLDs”) … all of which can be arguable, but at the end, this is how remote servers see your emails …
if your email or domain is blacklisted (more than 20 blacklisting servers tested)
SPF, DKIM, DMARC
if the content contents errors & how it is viewed
