  • Point-of-Load (PoL) DC/DC Converters: Radiation-hardened power converter ICs achieving over 90% power efficiency across active and sleep modes.
  • Latching Current Limiters (Smart-LCL): Space-grade power distribution protection circuits rated for 28V and 60V power buses.
  • TMR Voter-ICs: Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) voter chips and EDAC algorithmic silicon for eliminating soft errors and single-event upsets in high-performance computational payloads.
  • Radiation-Tolerant System-on-Modules (ZSOM): Pre-integrated modules featuring radiation-protected AMD MPSoC FPGAs (ZSOM-F01) and ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontrollers (ZSOM-M01).
  • Irradiation & Diagnostic Testing: Heavy-ion and laser diagnostic testing and advisory services for space qualification of microelectronics.
