Vallotech offers turnkey solutions ranging from tool design to high-volume injection molding, overmolding, and automated finishing:

High-Volume Injection Molding: Thermoplastic and thermoset injection molding with clamping forces from 30 to 200 tons (thermoplastics) and 100 to 200 tons (thermosets), achieving tolerances down to ±2 µm.
Overmolding & Hybrid Parts: Molding interlocking or concentrically mounted plastic-to-metal and multi-material components designed for complete seals or protective chemical/electrical barriers.
Materials Processed: High-performance thermoplastics (PEEK, PEI/Ultem, PPS, reinforced with glass or carbon fiber) and thermosetting compounds (phenolic, epoxy, melamine resins, and BMC Bulk Molding Compound).
Precision Components: Automotive sensors, pump impellers and fluid housings, connectors, pulleys, and structural metal-replacement components.
Post-Processing & Assembly: Automated multi-part line assembly, post-curing thermal profiles, precision micron-level milling, washing/drying, and 100% inline camera and coordinate metrology.
