Spectrogon designs and manufactures high-performance optical light management components spanning ultraviolet, visible, and infrared wavebands:

  • Optical Interference Filters: Bandpass, narrow bandpass (HW < 3% CWL), broadband pass, longwave-pass, shortwave-pass, and neutral density filters spanning 200 nm to 15,000 nm with high in-band transmission and deep blocking outside the passband.
  • Dimensional Range: Discs and substrates from Ø5.0 mm up to Ø200.0 mm, wafer dicing down to 1.0 × 1.0 mm, with substrate thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm.
  • Holographic Diffraction Gratings: High-efficiency planar and concave holographic gratings engineered for spectroscopic instruments, analytical systems, and pulse compression.
  • Thin Film Optical Coatings: Anti-reflective (AR), high-reflective (HR), and custom dielectric coatings deposited on glass, quartz, silicon, germanium, and technical crystal substrates.
  • Filter Wheel Sub-Assemblies: Complete turnkey filter wheel procurement, precision optical assembly, cleanroom integration, individual wheel position spectral transmission certification, and serialized traceability documentation.
