3S Kft. is a Hungarian precision CNC machining company founded in 1991 and headquartered in Esztergom. It is a 100% Hungarian-owned private company operating in partnership with its affiliated entity Ráth Schmieder Bt.

The company specializes in CNC turning, CNC milling, and cutting of machine components for the automotive, machinery, and hydraulic sectors. Production scales range from custom small batches to high-volume series running into thousands of units.

3S Kft. is certified under ISO 9001:2015 and utilizes robotic automation cells to maximize quality, precision, and production throughput.

3S Kft. offers precision metal and plastics turning and milling supported by modern automated machine tools:

  • CNC Turning: Fleet of 17 CNC lathes (Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Doosan Lynx 220LM), including a 7-axis CNC machining cell with capacity up to Ø250–300 mm × 750 mm.
  • CNC Milling: 6 CNC machining centres, including HURCO and Mori Seiki palletized centres, as well as TC-3 horizontal rotary-table centres.
  • Robotic Integration: 2 Fanuc robotic automation cells (Fanuc M-20iB) integrated with CNC machines for continuous part handling and feeding.
  • Cutting & Preparation: 3 automated CNC cutting and sawing machines handling raw materials.
  • Materials Processed: Carbon steel, stainless steel alloys, aluminum, brass/copper, and engineering plastics.
  • Quality Assurance: Standardized coordinate and dimensional measuring instruments verified under ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
