Method and system for dynamically refining input questions for generating insights from a database
Patent published on the 2026-05-21 in US under Ref US20260141185 by LTI MINDTREE LTD [IN] (Selvaraj Jeyapaul [in], S Sreetha [in], K Sreelakshmi [in])
Abstract: A method and system for dynamically refining an input question for generating insights from a database is disclosed. A GUI receives an input from a user. A retrieval module retrieves relevant metadata entities by applying a RAG model to the input. A tokenization module determines tokens within the input based on the relevant metadata entities using an LLM. An intent module identifies an intent associated with the input using a LLM and NLP. A classification module classifies the input question in[...]
Our summary: The system dynamically refines user input questions to generate insights from a database. It employs a retrieval module, tokenization, intent identification, and classification to process the input. A boundary condition check ensures completeness, prompting modifications to enhance the input for accurate insights.

Determining semantic and grammatical correctness of user-expanded sentence using integrated programmatic and specialized guided and constrained artifi
Patent published on the 2026-05-21 in US under Ref US20260140972 by 2HR LEARNING INC [US] (Singer Joshua [us], Kelley Cameron [us])
Abstract: A system and method guide an Artificial Intelligence engine to determine the semantic and grammatical correctness of a user-expanded sentence in real-time. The sentence validation process involves receiving input from the user, the input includes sentence fragment that the user wishes to expand and user-expanded sentence that the user constructs on the fragment provided. The inputs are broken down into tokens. The word-level tokenization algorithm is used, which identifies tokens by splitting th[...]
Our summary: The system evaluates user-expanded sentences for semantic and grammatical correctness in real-time. It utilizes tokenization to break down inputs into manageable components. A comparison algorithm assesses the relationship between the original fragment and the expanded sentence, providing immediate feedback.

Integer gate logic (igl) artificial neural network
Patent published on the 2026-05-21 in US under Ref US20260141227 by PELOSI MICHAEL J [US] (Pelosi Michael J [us])
Abstract: Apparatus and method for implementing an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) which eliminates the need for backpropagation during training. The ANN uses integer gate logic (IGL) nodes arranged into input, output and hidden layers. Each node has multiple inputs and a single output, and uses a non-differentiable linear logic output (LLO) activation function to emulate Boolean logic functions (including XOR), near-Boolean functions, and unknown functions, based on integer-based parameters. A chain isol[...]
Our summary: The integer gate logic artificial neural network eliminates backpropagation during training. It employs IGL nodes with a non-differentiable linear logic output activation function. This ANN architecture demonstrates improved efficiency across various domains, including image processing and natural language processing.

Abstract: In a two-dimensional electron gas in a periodic lateral superlattice subjected to an external homogeneous magnetic field and in a cylindrical far-infrared photon cavity we search for effects of broken symmetries: Static ones, stemming from the unit cell of the system, and the external magnetic field together with the dynamic ones caused by the vector potential of the cavity promoting magnetic types of transitions, and the chirality of the excitation pulse. The Coulomb interaction of the electron[...]
Our summary: The study investigates broken symmetries in a periodic two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) coupled to a cylindrical photon cavity. It employs density functional theory and configuration interaction to analyze static and dynamic effects of external magnetic fields and electron-photon interactions. Weak chiral effects are observed, revealing a connection between para- and diamagnetic interactions influenced by the system s symmetry.

Bulk photovoltaic effects of 2D Dirac systems in a temperature gradient
Published on 2026-02-26 by Yang Gao @IOP SCIENCE
Abstract: The bulk photovoltaic effect (BPVE) is the generation of a DC photocurrent in materials that typically requires broken inversion symmetry and plays a crucial role in nonlinear optics and optoelectronics. Here, we theoretically study the BPVE in inversion-symmetric two-dimensional Dirac systems under a temperature gradient, which breaks the inversion symmetry by creating a nonequilibrium steady state. We demonstrate a Drude-like resonant structure in the low-frequency region arising from the jerk[...]
Our summary: This study investigates the bulk photovoltaic effect in inversion-symmetric 2D Dirac systems under a temperature gradient. It reveals that the injection process dominates the BPVE conductivity and identifies resonant structures in the frequency response. The findings suggest new applications for materials with inversion symmetry in nonlinear optoelectronics.
