TotalSim Ltd is an independent engineering and computational simulation consultancy established in 2007 by engineers with a background in Formula 1 racing. Based at the Catesby Innovation Centre in Northamptonshire, the company specializes in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), aerodynamics, thermal simulation, and acoustics across diverse engineering sectors.

TotalSim operates as a partner in Aero Research Partners (ARP), which developed and operates the Catesby Tunnel—a 2.74-kilometer decommissioned Victorian railway tunnel transformed into a world-class underground testing facility for repeatable, full-scale vehicle aerodynamic, acoustic, and thermal performance testing.
