Systech is a French electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider and design bureau founded in 1991, located in Gallardon (Eure-et-Loir), within an hour of Paris. The company operates a dedicated industrial facility exceeding 2,000 m² and employs approximately 75 to 85 specialists across engineering, assembly, wiring, and quality assurance.

Certified to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards, Systech handles prototype development, CAD/CAM routing, SMT/THT PCBA production, conformal coating, cable harnessing, and complete system integration for critical and high-reliability industrial applications.

Offer

Systech offers an integrated suite of hardware development and contract manufacturing capabilities:

  • CAD/CAM Board Layout & Design: In-house routing engineering team utilizing Altium, PADS, and Cadence for schematic capture, component placement, and impedance-controlled signal routing.
  • Board Technologies: Layout capabilities for multilayer boards up to 14 layers, laser microvias, blind and buried vias, Flex, Flex-Rigid, and Insulated Metal Substrates (SMI) according to NF C93-713 and IPC 2221/2222/2223/7351 standards.
  • PCB Assembly (PCBA): Automated high-speed SMT assembly lines, through-hole soldering, and BGA rework for prototypes and small to medium production batches.
  • Wiring & Harnessing (Atelier Filaire): Manufacture of custom wire harnesses, cable looms, racks, drawers, and cabinet wiring.
  • Integration & Finishing: Box build assembly, integration into 19-inch racks and custom enclosures, selective tropicalization (conformal coating), and functional test validation.
