  • CNC Milling: 3-axis and simultaneous 5-axis milling centers (e.g. YCM NXV 560, YCM-NSV 102A, Victor VC-205 with up to 1,800 × 500 × 400 mm travel), high-speed plate milling with vacuum clamping technology.
  • EDM (Spark Erosion): Wire EDM (Drahterodieren) and sinker EDM (Senkerodieren) for intricate internal geometries, cavities, and fine cuts.
  • Precision Grinding & Honing: Cylindrical grinding (Rundschleifen), surface grinding (Flachschleifen), and precision honing.
  • Secondary Processes: Laser welding, laser marking, abrasive blasting, and vibratory finishing (Trowalisieren).
