QRTECH AB is a Swedish engineering and technology development house headquartered in Mölndal, Gothenburg. Originally formed out of academic research and the regional automotive sector, the company is now a subsidiary of Embron Group, delivering complex electronic solutions, embedded systems, and digital software products.

QRTECH operates approximately 350 m² of specialized laboratory facilities at its headquarters, housing dedicated electronics benches, high-voltage power cells up to 1,500V, motor test benches, climate test chambers (-65 °C to +180 °C), automated hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) rigs, and an in-house EMC chamber with GTEM cell and ESD simulators. The company is certified under ISO 27001:2022.

Hardware Architecture & System Concept: Architectural definition, component selection, feasibility analysis, functional safety design, and power tree design.
Circuit Design & Schematic Capture: Analog, high-speed digital, microcontroller/SoC platforms, and high-power electronic drive circuitry (inverters, DC/DC converters).
PCB Layout Engineering: Multi-layer board layout, signal integrity (SI) analysis, power integrity (PI) analysis, trace length matching, and thermal management.
In-House Laboratory Testing: Verification of prototypes across 15 soldering/rework stations, climate stress chambers, GTEM/ESD EMC testing, and automated HIL test rigs (CAN, LIN, UART, Ethernet).
Compliance & Industrialization: Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance analysis, and documentation for series production.
