Modac Data Centre Solutions was established in 1985 to provide the South African IT and enterprise infrastructure market with data centre hardware, power management, and server room infrastructure. Operating out of Durban and Gauteng, Modac combines locally manufactured and imported server housing products.

The company provides turn-key physical infrastructure ranging from micro data centre modules and server room environmental cooling systems to high-density 19-inch equipment racks and battery storage enclosures.

Axil 19" Wall-Mount Enclosures: Swing-frame and fixed wall boxes available in 6U, 9U, 12U, and 15U formats with tempered glass front doors and removable side panels.
Axil 19" Free-Standing Server Cabinets: Floor-standing rack enclosures from 15U to 42U on castor wheels, equipped with perforated front and rear doors, locking mechanisms, and integrated multi-fan ventilation units.
Micro Data Centre Enclosures: Self-contained compact rack systems combining UPS power, rack-mount climate control, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring.
Battery Enclosures & Cabinets: Welded steel battery boxes (models C1, C2, C4, C6) designed for mobile wheeled or stationary floor mounting to store and protect backup power batteries.
Cabinet Power & Airflow Management: Rack-mountable power distribution units (PDUs), automatic transfer switches (ATS), blanking panels, and brush panels.
