MECASTING-COMECA is a French industrial manufacturer formed by the consolidation of MECASTING (a foundry with over 60 years of history in Bléré) and COMECA (a precision machining specialist with over 40 years of operation in Issoudun). The unified company operates across two production plants in the Centre-Val de Loire region.

The company holds both ISO 9001 and NF EN 9100 certifications, standing out as one of the first French high-pressure die casting foundries to obtain aerospace EN 9100 certification. MECASTING-COMECA focuses on small to medium production runs of tight-tolerance aluminum and Zamak parts.

MECASTING-COMECA integrates high-pressure foundry and advanced multi-axis machining operations:

Aluminum & Zamak High-Pressure Die Casting: Injection molding of parts weighing between 5 g and 3.5 kg using French secondary-fusion raw materials (AS9U3 / AC 46000, AS12U / AC 47000, and Zamak 5 / ZL 0410). Production equipment includes automated cold-chamber and hot-chamber presses such as TRIULZI presses (110 to 250 tonnes) and a FRECH 125-tonne press.
CNC Precision Machining: Machining facility in Issoudun equipped with 12 modern MAZAK machining centers, including Mazak VTC 760, HCN 5000 (with robotized cell), HCN 4000, VCN 510, VARIAXIS multi-axis, PFH 5800 horizontal machining centers, and CNC lathes (QT Nexus 250, QT28, QT10).
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) & Metrology: In-house industrial radiography and computed tomography (GE X/CUBE tomography unit), Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and surface profilometers.
Finishing: Wheelabrator hanger and belt shot-blasting systems, manual and automated deburring.
