Founded in 1972, MB Electronique is a French technical distributor and test services specialist headquartered in Buc, near Versailles. The company is 100% employee-owned and acts as a specialized technology partner supplying test and measurement instrumentation, power conversion solutions, and laboratory testing services.

Alongside distributing environmental simulation and measurement gear, MB Electronique maintains an in-house testing laboratory dedicated to accelerated stress testing (HALT & HASS) and non-destructive testing (NDT acoustic microscopy). The laboratory supports electronics manufacturers and OEMs throughout development and production screening.

MB Electronique provides testing lab services and equipment distribution dedicated to environmental stress and reliability engineering:

  • HALT & HASS Test Laboratory: In-house testing facility equipped with two ESPEC Qualmark Typhoon 3.0 chambers providing 6-DoF repetitive shock vibration and rapid liquid nitrogen (LN2) thermal transitions. Over 400 accelerated testing campaigns completed.
  • HALT/HASS Engineering Support: Test sequence tailoring, design weakness root-cause identification, HASS tooling fixture design/manufacturing, and production stress screen outsourcing (HASS/HASA).
  • Environmental Chamber Systems: Distribution, installation, calibration, and maintenance of ESPEC and Qualmark climatic chambers, rapid thermal cycling chambers, and thermal shock units.
  • Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM): In-house NDT laboratory for detecting internal delamination, voids, and packaging defects in electronic assemblies and semiconductor packages.
