LAMBRO - 92 offers comprehensive protective atmosphere furnace brazing, tube drawing, and tube fabrication capabilities:

Continuous Furnace Brazing: Automated brazing in continuous conveyor belt furnaces using controlled protective atmospheres (hydrogen/nitrogen mixtures) preventing scale and oxidation.
Brazing Mediums: High-volume joining utilizing copper-based brazing paste and nickel-based brazing paste, as well as composite joining.
Furnace Specifications: Maximum processing temperature for stainless steel up to 1120 °C (clearance height 100 mm, belt width 300 mm); maximum temperature for carbon steel up to 1150 °C (clearance height 150 mm, belt width 300 mm). Fully programmable cycles with digital archiving of temperature and conveyor speed profiles.
Heat Treatment: Bright annealing and solution annealing of stainless steels and carbon steels, alongside pre-forming thermal treatment of duralumin.
Cold Drawing & Tube Forming: Production of precision longitudinally welded and cold-drawn stainless steel tubes from 4 mm to 20 mm outer diameter, with wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm.
Tube Cutting & Machining: Chipless orbital cutting, high-speed CNC sawing, deburring, bending, and 3D laser cutting with tilting optical heads for complex profiles.
