Overmolding & Multi-Material Molding: Precision overmolding of soft-touch elastomers (TPE, TPU, TPV) over rigid plastic substrates (ABS, PC, PC/ABS blends, PBT, POM, PA6, PA66) and metal components; high-adhesion chemical and mechanical bonding on 50–360 tonne presses with tolerances down to ±0.02–0.05 mm.
Insert Molding: Embedding stamped metal parts, brass threaded bushings, magnets, and terminals directly inside molded components.
High-Volume Plastic Injection Molding: Scalable mass production running on clamping forces between 50T and 360T for precision structural housings, transparent covers, and mechanical components.
Tooling Design & Fabrication: Tool design, mold flow analysis, DFM optimization, and tooling fabrication in tool steels and aluminum.
