  • PCB Assembly: 6 automated SMT production lines featuring Mycronic MYPro A40DX-17 and IPulse pick-and-place systems capable of mounting fine-pitch DSBGAs and WLCSPs (<0.3 mm pitch), paired with hot-air and Vapour Phase reflow ovens.
  • Inspection: Mirtec MV6 OMNI 3D Component AOI and 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI).
  • Box Build Assembly: Flow-line assembly and cellular manufacturing techniques for complete electro-mechanical device builds, enclosure integration, and final unit packaging.
  • Design & Prototyping: In-house mechanical and electronic design support, DFM/DFT analysis, and fast-turn NPI prototyping.
  • Testing: Full functional test, device flashing, and automated verification.
  • Fulfilment: Direct end-user shipping, serial tracking, and full lifecycle support.
