DMAIC Problem-Solving

The DMAIC methodology provides a structured, five-phase نطاق for process improvement. The ‘Define’ phase involves clearly articulating the business problem, goals, scope, and identifying the customer and their requirements. This cyclical approach is a refinement of earlier quality improvement cycles like the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.
