Introduction to the metal cutting lathe!
This class will cover safe usage of the lathe, and typical operations. Working to tolerances and basic metrology will also be discussed. We will work with aluminum for the class, but those wishing to do projects in steel can ask about it.
For Freeside members, taking this class will clear you to use the lathe.
